Systems and Models for Developing Programs for the Gifted and Talented
This blog provides information about 10 different models for gifted education based on the book: Systems and Models for Developing Programs for the Gifted and Talented by Joseph Renzulli and E. Jean Gubbins. I've included a brief synopsis for each model, as well as considerations (political, cost, Maine State guidelines, population, and time) and what I think could work well and what would be challenging in the district where I work.
Click on each of the models in the sidebar for more information.
And be sure to check out my conclusion and recommendations for gifted programming.
